Refund and Returns Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided that the items are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or personalized items: Products that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Gift cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Prepare the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure that the product is in new, unused condition with all accessories and documentation included.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Full Refund: If the product is returned in new, unused condition, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price.
  • Partial Refund: If the product is returned with signs of use or damage, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. If the new item is in stock, we will process your new order promptly.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or health reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food and beverages
  • Intimate items like undergarments or socks

7. Refunds for Gift Purchases

If you are returning a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method. If you prefer, we can provide store credit for the gift amount, which can be used for future purchases.
